Nashua Felon Indicted On Meth Sales, Other Charges: County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Concord man indicted on theft charges; Hudson, Merrimack drug indictments; Greenville man indicted on Mason habitual offender charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jason Adamczyk, 48, of New Boston Road in Dracut, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 9, 2022, in Hudson.
Avery M. Blodgett, 42, of Mason Court in Concord on two felony theft by unauthorized taking counts. He was accused of stealing a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and 31 TD bank checks from another person on Jan. 5 in Nashua. James Bradbury, 49, of Goboro Road in Epsom on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of defrauding Liberty Mutual Insurance Company by making a claim to his insurance policy on Nov. 5, 2019, that was inconsistent with and in excess of the damage sustained during a motor vehicle collision in Nashua.
Robert Reidy, 32, of Grand Avenue in Nashua on common nuisances, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-fentanyl, criminal liability for the conduct of another-sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense, and sale of a controlled drug-subsequent offense-meth charges, all felonies. According to the indictment, Reidy sold meth to a cooperating individual with the Nashua police between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31, 2023, and Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2023. He also was accused of facilitating a controlled drug sale in Nashua and keeping a dwelling on Grand Avenue between Oct. 1 and Dec. 5, 2023, for the purpose of illegal keeping and-or selling controlled drugs. Barton Tibando, 53, of West Hobart Street in Nashua on robbery and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of robbing another person, pointing a gun at them, and yelling, “Get out, get out or I’m gonna shoot you,” or words to that effect, on Sept. 11, 2023, in Nashua. Kate Trepanier, 45, of Dalton Court in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of possessing merchandise from Kohl’s of Nashua on Nov. 17, 2023, by exercising control over a vehicle previously reported as stolen with $3,235 in items from Kohl’s inside.
Devin G. Tully, 32, of Greenville Road in Greenville on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge — accused of driving on Fitchburg Road in Mason on Dec. 7, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Donai Wenrich, 36, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 17, 2023, in Merrimack.
Corey Wharton, 37, of Fernglade Road in Burlington, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 13, 2023, in Nashua.
