Concord Felon Faces Prowling, Theft, Trespass Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Elijah E. Gross, 44, of Concord was arrested at 1 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2022, on loitering and prowling, criminal trespass, and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges. He was arrested after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Michelle Lisa Brien, 43, of Tilton was arrested at 10:59 a.m. on Aug. 4 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at 71 Hall St.

Daniel King, 32, of Concord was arrested at 8 a.m. on Aug. 4 on three counts of credit card fraud, less than $1,000, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jefre H. Morgan, born 1959, of Concord was cited at 3:20 a.m. on Aug. 4 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Robert P. Reidy, 31, of Nashua was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Aug. 3 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and disobeying an officer charges as well as a tail lamp and reflectors violation. He was arrested after an incident on Allison Street.

Danielle Kristen Abrams, born 1985, of Northfield was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Aug. 3 on two stalking, two violation of protective order, simple assault, three criminal trespass, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident at Larkspur Place.

Michael S. Wentworth, 35, of Concord was arrested at 5:37 p.m. on Aug. 3 on two felony possession-sale of narcotic drugs charges and a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge. He was arrested after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road. Wentworth was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 18.

Adolphe Ndayishimiye, born 2000, of Concord received a summons at 1:50 p.m. on Aug. 3 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

David T. Swett, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge, after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Mariah L. Isabelle, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 9:57 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a warrant. She was arrested at police headquarters.

Brian Thomas Bilodeau, 62, of Concord was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on Aug. 3 on four felony sex offender registration; fail to comply-knowingly-subsequent charges and a breach of bail charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Bilodeau is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on the charges Aug. 25. He is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault convictions in 1991.
