Nashua Felon Indicted On Gun Theft, Possession Charges: Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County.

Shayana Scott, 37, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on June 1 in Nashua.

Daniel Sinnott, 48, of Settlers Ridge Road in Windham on a felony stalking-domestic violence-subsequent charge. He was accused of stalking a woman by leaving her a bag with a gift card and notes on her vehicle after a protective order was issued. He was convicted on a stalking charge on April 26.

Brittany Sprague, 35, of Broad Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Nashua on May 11.

Jonathan Sturtevant, 33, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony stalking-subsequent charge. He was accused of calling a woman, the subject of a protective order, numerous times, between June 1 and June 22 in Nashua. He was previously convicted of stalking in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 18.

Tyler Veilleux, 29, of Winslow Farm Road in Hudson on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on Dec. 14, 2022, in Hudson.

Nicholas Verfaillie, 26, of Shoreline Drive in Hudson on a felony operation after a certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Webster Street in Hudson on May 1 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and a DUI conviction in Salem District Court in September 2020.

Deborah C. Visken, 70, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Oct. 8, 2022, in Nashua.

Dakota Ward, 28, of Fulton Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on May 7 in Hudson.

Corey Wharton, 36, of Fernglade Road in Burlington, MA, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 13 in Nashua.

Michael Woodside, 55, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on theft by unauthorized taking and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of taking a Smith & Wesson pistol, owned by another person, from a vehicle on Dec. 5, 2022, in Nashua.
