Nashua Woman Accused Of Burglary, Assault In Concord: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Emily L. Dicicco, born 1946, of Boscawen was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on May 30, 2020, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple charges. She was arrested after an incident on Charles Street in Penacook.

Eugene Wilbur Smith, born 1956, of Concord was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on May 29 on a sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge, a felony. He was arrested at police headquarters. Smith is a registered sex offender due to being convicted of two counts of sexual assault, two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a victim under 18, and aggravated felonious sexual assault on a victim under 13 in April 1997.

Mark R. Hebert, born 1959, of Concord was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on May 27 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident on Elm Street in Penacook.

Larisa Nicole Day, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on May 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Cory Luneau, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on May 24 on simple assault, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, domestic violence-simple assault, and obstructing the report of a crime or injury-domestic violence charges after an incident in the South End.

Tyler J. Akins-McWilliams, born 1997, of Northfield was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on May 23 on theft by unauthorized taking-$1,001 to $1,500, and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, and two criminal mischief charges after an incident on Foundry Street.

Nadia A. Mohamed, pictured, 35, of Summer Street in Nashua was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on May 22 on a felony burglary charge as well as two counts of criminal mischief, two counts of simple assault, and a domestic violence-simple assault charge after an incident on Branch Turnpike. She's scheduled to be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court June 18.

Brennan O. Adams, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on May 20 on a driving under the influence charge on Whitney Road.

Stacie Nicole Gentile, born 1967, homeless in Concord was arrested at 5:05 p.m. on May 19 on a warrant after an incident on Rumford Street.
