Accused Franklin Meth, Fentanyl Dealer Indicted: Court Roundup
Pittsfield man indicted on rape, strangulation charges; Northfield woman indicted for stiffing mechanic; residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Mark W. Gagnon, 39, pictured lower right, of Manchester Street in Concord, on two felony counts of operating while deemed a habitual offender, a moped scooter on March 28, and April 10, on Sand Road in Pembroke.
Stacie N. Gentile, 51, of Lyndon Street in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge at Cumberland Farms in Concord on June 4. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on charges, including burglary in September 2016, and willful concealment in February 2016, in Grafton County Superior Court.

Raleigh J. Giunta, 27, of Silver Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on April 17, in Danbury, and May 9, in Concord.
Andrew Goodnow, 36, lower center, homeless, on a felony burglary charge. On May 25, he's accused of burglarizing a building on North Main Street in Concord.

Patricia L. Hardy-Bilodeau, 53, upper right, of Elm Street in Northfield, on felony forgery and theft of services charges. She's accused of uttering a counterfeit check on June 21, 2017, for the purpose of defrauding, for auto repairs in Allenstown. Previously, according to the indictment, she's been convicted of theft of property or services.
Christopher Hawkins, 35, of Ivy Lane in Franklin, on fraudulent use of a credit card and three possession of controlled drug-meth, fentanyl charges, all felonies. He's accused of being in possession of the drugs on April 17, and May 20, in Franklin. The credit card charge stems from an incident involving a Discover Card, owned by another person, used at the Hannaford on Central Street in Franklin between Feb. 27, and March 12.
Adam B. Hodge, 42, of Lesmerises Road in Loudon, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 3, in Bow.
Christopher E. Holland, 23, lower left, homeless, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on April 8, in Concord.
Thomas Yeaton, 49, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, on domestic violence-aggravated felonious sexual assault and two domestic violence-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He's accused of raping and strangling a woman on March 6, in Pittsfield.
Eric G. Wilson, 39, of Route 114 in North Sutton, on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charge. On Feb. 16, he's accused of pointing a firearm at another person in North Sutton.
Terrence I. Wigglesworth. 26, of Hall Street in Concord, on possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine and two possession of a controlled drug-meth charges on Feb. 16, and Feb. 19, in Concord. At the time, he was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2018.
Jamie Wallace, 28, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine charge on March 12.
Laurie Ann Turner, 34, of Cherry Street in Concord, on a conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge, a felony. On Jan. 23, she is accused of agreeing with Brexton Boudle, Wendy Glass, and Branden Glass to smuggle drugs into the prison.
