​NH, MA, VT Drivers Busted On DWI, Other Charges

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A Blotter

Melissa Ramos, 40, of Ossipee, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence on Route 16 in Portsmouth. Also charged with Ronald LaMarche, unknown age, of Ossipee for hindering apprehension/prosecution and possession of methamphetamine and Scott Sanborn, unknown age, of Effingham, for possession of meth.

Seth Melanson, 25, of Rochester, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on Sept. 18, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on Rout 16 in Dover near the tollbooth rest area.

Lee Russell, unknown age, of Dover, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 North near Exit 4 in Newington.

Francesco Lapitino, 20, of Plymouth, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 16, 2017, on two counts of unlawful possession/intoxication on Madbury Road in Durham.

Rebecca Ammon, 24, of Merrimac, MA, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2017, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on Route 101 in Hampton.

Troop B Blotter

Brandon Fernand, 29, of Greenville, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault on Main Street in Greenville.

Charles Paparello, 23, of Groton, MA, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 10 in Merrimack.

Larry Ireland, 47, of Weare, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South in Windham.

Cassandra Randall, 25, of Derry, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, on two counts of driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent.

Darwin Medina Hernandez, 31, of Manchester, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2017, for operating without a valid license on I-93 North near Exit 3 in Windham.

Glenn Levesque, 39, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2017, on a bench warrant on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 12 in Merrimack.

Thomas Beddington, 53, of Manchester, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2017, for speeding – 11 to 15 mph over 65 limit, disobeying an officer, and failure to use required turn signal on I-93 South near Exit 10.

Troop D Blotter

Marie Carucci, 25, of Croydon, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-89 North in Concord.

Cullen Connors, 18, of Hill, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault.

Samuel Chase, 19, of Contoocook, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug on Institute Drive in Concord.

Tyler Heath, 23, of Andover, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for reckless operation. He was arrested on Route 4 in Salisbury.

David Nadeau, 60, of Londonderry, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, for DUI and duty when approaching highway emergency. He was arrested on I-93 North in Concord.

Joseph Muscumeci III, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension at the park and ride off I-93 near Exit 11 in Hooksett.

William Canterbury, 33, of North Haverhill, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, for DUI on Route 112/Route 116 intersection in Easton.

Anthony Walls, 34, of Longmont, CO, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and speeding – 26+ mph over 55 limit on Route 9 in Nelson.

Wilfred Cushing, 44, of Northwood, was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:19 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, on I-93 North in Thornton.

Russell Thompson, 55, of Reading, VT, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2017, for DUI-second or third on North Street in Claremont.

Richard Breau, 37, of Bethel, ME, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, reckless operation, improper passing, open container, speeding – 26+ mph over 55 limit, and yellow/solid line violation on Route 25 in Sandwich.

Tommy Dube, 21, of Woodsville, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2017, for DUI and operating without a valid license on Monroe Road in Bath.

David Clinard, 31, of Boston, MA, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2017, for DUI on Route 11 in Gilford.

Christopher Serafin, 21, of Manchester, was arrested for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on Route 9 in Keene at 11:50 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2017.

Alex Lacy, 19, of Salisbury was arrested at 10 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2017, for reckless operation on I-93 North in Ashland.

Sean Matheson, 45, of Claremont, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2017, DUI-second or third, open container, and two counts of yellow/solid line violation on Hanover Street in Claremont.

Michael Bertram, 56, of Ashby, MA, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2017, for DUI on Route 101 in Keene.
