Woman Dies In Route 101 Crash; Arrests At Sobriety Checkpoint

CONCORD, NH — A New Hampshire woman lost her life motor vehicle crash earlier this week after a crash on Route 101 in Hampton, according to the New Hampshire State Police. Felisha Brown, 20, of Rochester, reportedly rolled over her 2006 Chrysler Sebring on the Exit 13 on-ramp, was ejected from the vehicle, and pronounced deceased at the scene. She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to Lt. John Hennessey of Troop A. NHSP have not determined the reason why Brown lost control of her vehicle, according to a press statement, but speed “appears to be a factor.”

The eastbound side of the roadway was closed for about 2.5 hours.

Troopers were assisted at the scene by Hampton Police and Hampton Fire and Rescue teams.

Arrests At Bristol Checkpoint

At a sobriety checkpoint held with the Bristol Police Department between Sept. 2, and Sept. 3, 2017, and people were arrested on Route 104. Kyle McCalvey, 29, of Plymouth, was arrested for driving under the influence. Shane Wheeler, 32, of Hill, was arrested on a drug related offense and Jared Ellis, 38, of Bristol, was arrested for operating after suspension.

According to Staff Sgt. Victory G. Muzzey, 234 vehicles were checked in the area of Ayers Island Road. Seven operators submitted to field sobriety tests during the checkpoint.

Benjamin Alexander, 42, of Portland, ME, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, open container, unsafe lane change, and failure to use required turn signal. Daniel Thistle, 57, of Pittsburg, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2017, for DUI on South Road in Kensington.

Charleen Grunst, 37, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration after a stop on Route 101 West in Hampton.

Antonio Aguilar-Farias, 30, of New Rochelle, NY, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. on Aug. 22, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 30+ mph, DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. He was arrested on I-95 South in North Hampton.

Aaron Rocray, 28, of Sanford, ME, was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:02 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, on Islington Street in Portsmouth.

Acksone Chanthaboune, 37, of Dover, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on the Route 1 Bypass South in Portsmouth.

Kenneth Sanfacon, 39, of Rochester, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-95 North in North Hampton.

Corey Berounsky, 22, of North Berwick, ME, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and open container. He was arrested on I-95 South in Hampton.

Shelby Holyoke, 48, of Salem, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2017, for DUI-second or third on I-93 South in Londonderry.

Roger Thibeault, 55, of Franklin, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South in Manchester.

Jose-Andres Jiminez, 37, of Lynn, MA, was arrested at 9:47 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, for operating without a valid license on I-293 North in Manchester.

Anthony Cordice, 35, of Bedford, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike North in Merrimack.

Robert O’Hanlon, 24, of Derry, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, possession of a controlled drug, possession of prescription drugs, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on I-93 North in Salem.

Jason Masiello, unknown age, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and three bench warrants. He was arrested on I-293 North.

Nelson Barrios Rivas, 40, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for operating with an expired license-subsequent on I-93 South in Bow.

Calin Neagoe, 35, of Marlborough, MA, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on I-89 North in Enfield.

Heidi Bowser, 45, of Penacook, was arrested at 4 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for DUI, operating with a suspension or revoked license, and suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 South.

Samuel Chase, 19, of Contoocook, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol. He was also taken into protective custody on Route 103 in Warner near I-89.

Michael Norton, 47, of Claremont, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2017, for DUI-second or third, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and hands free violation of Gulf Road.

Jonathan Martinelli, 29, of Seabrook, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, for disobeying an officer and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Michael Kimball, 28, of Walpole, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, on Route 101 in Keene for DUI and unsworn falsification.

Alexandra Martakos, 30, of Nashua, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on I-93 North in Thornton.

Michael Harrington, 20, of Rumney, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2017, for aggravated DUI and DUI-second or third.
