Pembroke Man Arrested On Forgery, Property Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kelsie Ordway, 30, of Washington was arrested at 1 a.m. on July 15, 2020, on a violation of probation or parole charge. She was arrested at police headquarters. She was previously convicted of operate after certified as a habitual offender, breach of bail, and drug possession charges. Ordway was arrested in Bow in May on drug and bail charges.

Zachary V. Labrecque, 32, of Berlin received a summons at 6 p.m. on July 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He was out on bail after being arrested in November 2019 in Hooksett on robbery and criminal threatening-deadly weapon felony charges as well theft by unauthorized taking and driving after revocation or suspension charges. Labrecque is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 2.

Dannielle M. Garcia, born 1977, of Concord was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on July 9 was arrested on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-second or third offense charges after an incident at 128 Loudon Road.

Adam Stephen Mattil, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on July 7 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 184 N. Main St.

Isaiah Knowles, born 1998, of Franklin was arrested on seven bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident at the Sewalls Falls State Recreation Area on Second Street.

Jerry Joseph Turner, 33, of Loudon was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on July 3 on a violation of probation warrant. He was arrested on Manchester Street. Previously, according to court documents, Turner was convicted on a drug charge and violation of probation out of Barnstead in April 2019, and drug charges and violation of probation in Concord, drug charges, falsifying physical evidence, and an unregistered motor vehicle charges in Pembroke, and violation of probation in Barnstead in September 2019. The drug cases in Concord and Pembroke have been reopened. His bail was set at $2,000 on July 7.

Devon J. Hough, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on July 2 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Matthew Keith Potter, 36, of Pembroke was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on July 1 on a felony forgery charge and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Merrimack County Savings Bank on Integra Drive. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 16 for arraignment.

Gavin Guay Randolph, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on June 29 on driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was arrested after an incident at 15 Hall St. Also arrested was Jonathan E. Benedict, born 1985, of Concord on a warrant. Benedict was wanted a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a misuse of plates violation in Warner on June 20; on operate after certified as a habitual offender, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, receiving stolen property-$1,501+, and receiving stolen property, all felonies, and a disobeying an officer charge out of Concord from June 23; and operate after certified as a habitual offender and receiving stolen property-$1,501+, both felonies, as well as a disobeying an officer and two reckless operation charges out of Concord from June 24.
