Concord Woman With Priors Accused Of Assault, Mischief: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Samuly Borthwick, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on May 30, 2020, on simple assault, obstructing a report of crime or injury, and obstructing a report of crime or injury-domestic violence charges after an incident on north end of Loudon Road.

Mawuko K. Gborwoko, born 1979, of Burlington, New Jersey, received a summons at 4 p.m. on May 29 on a defective equipment; truck charge on Fort Eddy Road.

Pierce Makuen Osgood, pictured, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on May 27 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident on the north end of Loudon Road. According to court documents, Osgood was released on bail May 28, pleaded not guilty on June 4, and a no contact order in the case was vacated on June 5. She is due back in Concord District Court on July 20.

Phoebe A. Hilbert, born 1999, of Allenstown was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on May 27 on deal/possess prescription drugs, transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor, and unlawful possession/intoxication charges after an incident in the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Zachary V. Labrecque, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on May 26 on a warrant after an incident on Manchester Street.

James Bub Bullock, born 1971, of Concord received as summons at 10:25 a.m. on May 24 on a criminal trespass charge at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Donald Joslyn, born 1977, of Wolfeboro was arrested at 6:50 a.m. on May 23 on a warrant after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Denise N. Delew, born 1966, of Concord received a summons on a bench warrant at 11 a.m. on May 21 after an incident in the Hutchins Road and Bog Road area of the city.

Jeewan Dhital, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on May 21 on a breach of bail charge after an incident at the Concord/Royal Gardens apartment complex. According to an affidavit, an officer was sent to the complex for a possible assault investigation. The calling party claimed to be attacked by a group of people but refused to provide a name and was uncooperative, according to dispatch. When the officer arrived, he approached the man and accused him of berating the officer with expletives. The man was later identified as Dhital, the affidavit stated. The officer accused Dhital of being unsteady on his feet, smelling like alcohol, exhibiting mood swings, and having glassy, bloodshot eyes. A check by dispatch found he was out on bail after being arrested for criminal mischief. Part of the bail conditions required Dhital not to drink so the officer arrested him and he was held without bail.

Jessica Alayne Lizotte, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on May 19 on a warrant after an incident in the Merrimack Valley High School area of the city.

Daniel Kumin, born 1953, of Concord was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on May 18 on simple assault, obstructing a report of a crime or injury, simple assault-domestic violence, and obstructing a report of a crime or injury-domestic violence charges.
