PFOA Water Problems, Pols Arrested, UFOs, Missing Teens: March's Top Stories

This month's hot headlines on NH Patch also included an ATM skimmer warning, an earthquake alert, and terrible tragedies, too.

The month of March 2016 will be remembered as one of many difficult and tragic stories and posts, including breaking news alerts about car crash and accidental deaths, missing teens, and even the arrests of two Granite State active political figures, one which Patch was first to report on. Along with a Whole Foods update, arrests, UFO sighting reports, and snow predictions that didn't come true, it was a busy month.

March will also be remembered as New Hampshire Patch’s biggest audience month ever – a few clicks shy of 1.218 million page views on 12 sites covering 13 communities – the most in our nearly five year history. The previous high at NH Patch was September 2015, when we logged in 1.166 million (with one less day of news). Any amount more than 1 million – something we’ve been doing irregularly since this time last year – is always good news and lets us know just how much readers rely on Patch for news and information.

As always, thank you, for that.
