CONCORD, NH — Corey M. Hynes, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on May 30, 2022, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.

Alexander A. Bell, 47, of Franklin received a summons at 515 p.m. on May 26 on a manufacture, sell official inspection-registration sticker charge at 165 N. State St.

Rachelle Lynn Smith, 32, of Concord was cited at 12:26 p.m. on May 25 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Samantha Nicole Lemieux, born 2001, of Farmington was arrested at 11 a.m. on May 24 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Perley Street.

Naomi Rose V. M. Jeys, born 1988, of Manchester was arrested at 5 p.m. on May 29 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Horse Hill Road.

Joseph N. Cusumano, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 8:08 a.m. May 24 on a bench warrant after an incident on Eastman Street.

Michelle R. Harris, 35, of Bow was arrested on a bench warrant and a revocation; suspension charge at 7:27 a.m. on May 23 on Clinton Street.

Jennifer Renee Boudle, 35, of Concord received a summons at 6:15 p.m. on May 22 on an unofficial inspection-registration decal charge after an incident on North State Street.

Austin Christopher Shelton, 27, of Concord was cited at 1:40 a.m. on May 22 on a warrant after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Lydia Michelle Smart, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on May 21 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Stone Street.
