Accused Murderer Faces Conspiracy Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kirsten Lee Porter, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant on Prospect Street at 4:23 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2019.

Jennifer Renee Boudle, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Oct. 28 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and breach of bail charges at the McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street.

Misty M. Saucier, born 1983, of an unknown address, was arrested at 6 a.m. on Oct. 26 on a warrant after an incident on North Main street near Merrimack County Savings Bank.

Joseph King Hanright, born 1989, of Allenstown, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. on Oct. 24 on a conspiracy to commit charge after an incident at Sam's Club on Sheep Davis Road.

Benjamin A. Stockwell, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 9:26 a.m. on Oct. 23 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Best Buy on D'Amante Drive.

Jonathan Phillip Vertigans, born 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 22 on three theft by unauthorized taking charges-two felonies due to two prior convictions. The charges stem from incidents at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road.

Michael A. Deveno, born 1968, of Franklin, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on Oct. 21 on a DUI charge at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Samantha N. Warner, born 1991, of Loudon, was arrested at 4:07 a.m. on Oct. 20 on a driving while intoxicated charge on North State Street.

Daniel Rivera, born 1980, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. on Oct. 18 on an arrest prior to requisition warrant at the U.S. federal building on Pleasant Street.

Randy R. Moffett, born 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 3:39 p.m. on Oct. 16 on driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and obstructing government administration charges after an incident on Fort Eddy Road.
