Romanian National, Convicted Thief, Indicted ID Fraud, Forgery Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court
NC man indicted on sexual assault charges; Suncook woman faces strangulation charges; homeless man indicted on drug distribution charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Teofil Bortos, 45, of Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on five identity fraud and four forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of presenting cloned debit cards in another person’s name at Hannaford supermarket in Concord four times on Jan. 8. On Jan. 12, Bortos was accused of identifying himself as another person to Concord police. Robert S. Bzdula III, 23, of West Chrisco Road in Seagrove, North Carolina, on indecent exposure and lewdness, two felonious sexual assault, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl under 13 and having the girl fondle him in Dunbarton as well as gratifying himself in front of the girl between Dec. 1, 2022, and July 26, 2025, according to the indictments.

Erin P. Campbell, 34, of Willow Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on May 20, 2025, in Allenstown.
Alex O. J. Clough, 31, of Myrtle Street in Whitefield, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Concord on Sept. 28, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in May 2025.

Michael Colby, 43, of Timber Lane in Bristol, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and cocaine mix on Oct. 22, 2025, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2021.

Corbin L. Ours, 37, of Northfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on burglary, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing the Hall Memorial Library on Park Street in Northfield on Aug. 14, 2025, smashing windows, tipping over bookshelves, destroying surveillance cameras, and stealing cash, a computer, and Nintendo Switch games, according to the indictments.
Justin A. Patrick, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, falsifying physical evidence, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone with intent to distribute, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone, all felonies, on Sept. 15, 2025, in Franklin.
Frank Pickering, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a bucket of rock salt from an address on North State Street in Concord on Dec. 31, 2025, after being convicted on theft charges twice before in Merrimack County Superior Court, in January 2018 and March 2024.
Brittany Plaza, 31, of North State Street in Concord, on two felony second-degree assault charges. She was accused of causing diffuse bruising to the body by “non-accidental means” and facial and cranial bruising to a 3-year-old after striking them in the face on June 8 and June 12, 2025, in Concord. Nicholas Rideout, 32, of Coppermine Road in Franconia, on a felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property charge. He was accused of failing to return an Enterprise rental car to the Concord location between April 10 and June 9, 2025.
Michelle Shelton, 54, of Parkwood Drive in Suncook, on attempted second-degree assault and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of strangling another person, putting them in a headlock, and attempting to strangle them on Oct. 6, 2025, in Allenstown.
