CONCORD, NH — Nelson Fredrick Warren, born in 1951, of Concord, received a summons at 4:10 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2026, on criminal mischief and reckless operation charges following an investigation or incident at Sam’s Club at 304 Sheep Davis Road.

Scott Fortin, born in 1982, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. on Jan. 24 on an aggravated driving while intoxicated-collision with serious injury charge as well as unsafe lane change and yellow-solid line violations following an investigation or incident on South Main Street.

Joseph H. Anderson, born in 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 4:06 a.m. on Jan. 21 on three bench warrants following an investigation or incident at the Citizen Bank at Capital Plaza.

Jasmine Elaine Dargon, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on Jan. 20 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Joseph Sergei Tierney, born in 2002, of Concord, received a summons at 2:07 p.m. on Jan. 17 on a negligent driving charge following an investigation or incident on Village Street in Penacook.
