CONCORD, NH — Alan E. Emery, born in 2006, of Reed, Maine, received a summons for unlawful possession-intoxication at 3:38 a.m. on Dec. 19, 2025, following an incident or investigation on Jennings Drive.

Colin P. White, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on Dec. 18 on criminal trespass and criminal threat charges following an incident or investigation at O Steak and Seafood at 11 S. Main St.

Tobiah J. Scott, born in 1986, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. on Dec. 16 on a criminal threat charges following an incident or investigation on North Spring Street.

William Whitney Stevens, born in 1981, of Barnstead, was arrested at 10:58 a.m. on Dec. 15 on stalking and breach of bail charges following an incident or investigation on South Street.

Jonathan Henry George, born in 1986, of Loudon, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on Dec. 8 on a criminal trespass charge following an incident or investigation at the Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Benjamin Hoar, born in 1994, of Webster, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. on Dec. 7 on two bench warrants following an incident or investigation at the Burger King at 15 Hall St.
