South Carolina Woman Charged With Aggravated DUI: Concord Police Log
Plus: Indecent exposure on Franklin Street; Pembroke man charged with DUI again; Newbury man charged with resisting at Planet Fitness.

CONCORD, NH — Tyler Hutchinson, 32, of Epsom, received a summons on a bench warrant at 4:15 p.m. on March 27, 2025, as well as an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge and an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road.
Brianna Collins, 24, of Moore Road in York, South Carolina, was arrested at 4:59 a.m. on March 20 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus and DUI charges as well as open container and license required; penalty violations. She was arrested after being stopped in a Honda Accord at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St. According to court documents, Collins was accused of having an alcohol concentration level of more than 0.16, twice the legal limit. Police accused her of having a bottle of Jose Cuervo gold tequila “uncapped and strapped into her passenger seat, within the passenger portion of said vehicle.” At the time of the stop, according to a complaint, she was without a valid driver’s license. Collins was released on personal recognizance and is due back in Concord District Court on April 7.

Brittany L. Taylor, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. on March 19 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.
Brian Allen Barry, born in 1982, of Newbury, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on March 11 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation at Planet Fitness at 89 Fort Eddy Road.

Kimberly Stevens, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on March 10 on an indecent exposure-gross lewdness charge after an incident or investigation on Franklin Street in the North End.
Kiley Hannah Thompson, born in 1993, of Franklin, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on March 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and an unsafe lane change on South Street.

Henry R. Ladd, 58, of Concord, was arrested at 4 p.m. on March 8 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Depot Street.
Ryan Kyle Moreira, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on March 8 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with a gun on North Spring Street. Keegan S. Blanchard, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. on March 8 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on High Ridge Trail.
Tavion Shavail Thomas, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Nov. 30, 2024, on domestic violence-false imprisonment and three false imprisonment charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Boanza Drive. Thomas was arrested again at 9:50 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2024, on arrest prior to requisition, stalking, breach of bail, domestic violence-simple assault, and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 165 N. State St.
George C. Descoteau, born in 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 3:51 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2024, on two felony possession of controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on the Exit 3 offramp at Interstate 393 east.
Eric C. Heldman, born in 1970, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:11 p.m. on Nov. 27, 2024, on driving under the influence-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device, and breach of bail charges as well as “hands-free,” following too closely, and open container violations. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North Main Street.
