Hillsboro Man Arrested On Stalking, Breach Charges; Concord Woman Faces DUI Charge: Log

CONCORD, NH — Kevin Gobeil, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. on Jan. 23, 2025, on two bench warrants and a resisting arrest or detention charge. Savannah Lee Shipley, born 2003, of Concord, received a summons at 6:20 p.m. on Jan. 21 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at the Concord Homeless Resource Center at 238 N. Main St.
Sophia Grace Shevlin, born 2003, of Berlin, received a summons at 10:19 p.m. on Jan. 20 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation at 227 Sheep Davis Road.

Vincent Allen Mott, 33, a homeless felon now located in Concord, was arrested on a warrant and a bench warrant at 6:58 p.m. on Jan. 20 as well as felony in possession of a dangerous weapon, falsifying physical evidence, and two possession of controlled drug charges, all felonies, after an incident or investigation on Odd Fellows Avenue. These charges as well as drug sale, drug possession, and receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus charges out of Concord from September 2024 were all boundover to Merrimack County Superior Court on Wednesday. Mott is still being held on preventative detention. Ezra Burdette, born 2001, of Concord, received a summons at 11 a.m. on Jan. 20 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a misuse of plates violation after an incident or investigation in the area of Loudon Road and Interstate 393. According to court records, Burdette has active criminal threatening-conduct with a firearm and falsifying physical evidence charges out of Manchester from September 2024. He has a dispositional conference hearing in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on March 3. In January 2023, after a shooting in Concord’s North End a month before, Burdette pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of misdemeanor reckless conduct after being charged with a felony. He received a 12-month sentence suspended for four years. In October 2023, the court considered a motion to impose the sentence and he was given 30 days in the Merrimack County Jail in December 2023. In April 2024, the sentence was amended again to a 60-day sentence at the county jail. Documents from that criminal case were requested on Oct. 25 and Dec. 6, 2024, according to court filings.

John T. Meadows, born 1989, of Concord, received a summons at 1:04 p.m. on Jan. 19 on a conduct after an accident charge and a following too closely violation. He was charged at police headquarters.
Keegan S. Blanchard, born 1987, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Jan. 15 on stalking and breach of bail charges. Also arrested was Susan A. Hall, born 1960, of Concord, on driving under the influence and hindering apprehension or prosecution charges. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on High Ridge Trail.
Michelle L. Whittle, born 1986, of Webster, received a summons at 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2024, on an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident or investigation at 188 Loudon Road.
Gary I. Blake Jr., 52, of Concord, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on Dec. 20 on driving after revocation or suspension and motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device charges. Also charged was Colleen K. Audet, born 1972, of Boscawen, on an improper person operating a vehicle violation. They were charged after an incident or investigation at 322 N. State St. According to court records, Blake lost his license due to a driving under the influence conviction in February 2023, after an incident in Bow in January 2022.
Aba Massaquoi, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 20 on a bench warrant at police headquarters. His felony drug possession and misdemeanor drug charges from October 2024 were boundover to Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 20. Massaquoi has a dispositional conference hearing on March 6.
