Franklin Woman, Manchester Man Face DUI Charges: Concord Police Log
Nottingham woman charged with criminal trespass; perp with priors arrested on new theft charges; pair arrested on warrants at Chipotle.

CONCORD, NH — Mia Delitie Bowdre, born 2003, of Nottingham, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2024, on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Burlington Coat Factory at 80 Storrs St.
Seth Griffiths Beyer, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on Nov. 17 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission at 50 Storrs St.
Spencer David Goyette, born 1994, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:18 p.m. on Nov. 16 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

John T. Garnett, born 1948, of Concord, received a summons at 5:05 p.m. on Nov. 16 on a manufactured-sell official inspection-registration sticker violation after an incident or investigation on South Street.
Justin Wayne Pate, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Nov. 16 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, willful concealment, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Lowe’s at 90 Fort Eddy Road.

Nathaniel H. Sawyer III, born 1983, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2024, on a driving under the influence charge after an incident or investigation in Eagle Square.
James Steven Nelson, 63, of Andover, was arrested at 11:51 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2024, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as two bench warrants. Also charged was Ashley Laroche, 35, of Gilmanton, on three warrants. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at Chipotle Mexican Grill at 265 Loudon Road. Laroche failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court in April on an acts prohibited charge out of Newbury and at a pretrial hearing in January on acts prohibited charges out of Loudon. She has new hearings booked for Jan. 9, 2025, after being released on $2,000 cash bail on Nov. 6.
Zachary Michael Breeden, born 1991, of Concord, received a summons at 3:25 p.m. on Oct. 31 after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission on Storrs Street.
Lydia Michelle Perkins, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on Oct. 24 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Stone Street.
Henry R. Ladd, 58, of Concord, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Chesley Street.
Shannon Young, born 1977, of Franklin, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. on Oct. 19 on driving under the influence and operating without a valid license charges as well as an unregistered vehicle violation after an incident or investigation at 74 S. Main St.
Christopher M. Blodgett, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Oct. 7 on arson and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies, as well as a disorderly conduct count.
