Concord Man Arrested On Assault, Breach, Obstruction Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Neil Ryan Corson, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2025, on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. He was accused of failing to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court for a status conference hearing on Jan. 9 after being accused of possession of methamphetamine and controlled drug: acts prohibited, both felonies, in Concord in October 2023.

Jonathan Philip Temple, born 1966, of Hampton, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Jan. 16 on criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation at the Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Jessica A. Skafidas, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on Jan. 16 on three harassment charges after an incident or investigation on South Curtisville Road.

George G. Descoteau, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on Jan. 16 on obstruct report of a crime-injury, domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime-injury, three simple assault, two breach of bail, and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on School Street.

Travis Kenneth Allard, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on Jan. 16 on a felony sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge at police headquarters. He is a sex offender due to three convictions on child sex abuse image; buy, etc., charges in October 2023.

Joseph R. Clough, born 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on Dec. 14 on driving under the influence, carrying or selling weapons, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, driving after revocation or suspension-second offense, and felony possession of a controlled drug charges as well as open container and operating without lights violations after an incident or investigation at 175 N. Main St.

Alyson Kathleen Orchard, 28, of Henniker, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. on Dec. 12 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges after an incident or investigation on Sewalls Falls Road.

Andrew M. Stevens, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Dec. 12 on a violation of a protective order charge after an incident or investigation on Hopkinton Road.

Cody P. Walsh, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. on Dec. 12 on DUI and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation. Also charged was Arieana Bartlett, born 2004, of Pembroke, for unlawful possession-intoxication. They were charged after an incident or investigation on the Interstate 393 Exit 3 offramp.

Daniel R. Stockton, born 1978, of Wakefield, was arrested at 4:34 a.m. on Dec. 11 on loitering or prowling, criminal trespass, and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on South State Street.

Alexander Pierre, 24, of Concord, received a summons at 4:40 a.m. on Dec. 11 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Cumbies at 196 N. Main St.

Nicholas R. Hall, born 1987, of Dover, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Dec. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking-$1,001-$1,500 charge after an incident or investigation at the Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Bradley J. Tibbetts, born 1998, of Milton, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on Dec. 11 on second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, second-degree assault-strangulation, domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident or investigation on South State Street.
