Thief Arrested Twice In 40 Hours On New Charges: Concord Police Log
Indecent exposure-lewdness in the North End; Concord man charged with DUI on Clinton Street; assault, false imprisonment at Royal Gardens.

CONCORD, NH — Mark S. Huntoon, 66, of Concord, received a summons at 9 a.m. on March 19, 2025, on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident at Presidential Oaks at 200 Pleasant St.
Sean R. Pooler, born in 1985, of Concord, received a summons at 9:15 a.m. on March 17 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. He was charged after an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.
Zachary T. Noel, 30, of Hooksett, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on March 13 on a warrant and bench warrant after an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Prathna Keo, born in 1985, of Lowell, Massachusetts, received a summons at 7:41 p.m. on March 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an investigation or incident on Ormond Street.
Kimberly Stevens, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on March 10 on an incident exposure-gross lewdness charge. She was arrested after an investigation or incident in the North End area of Franklin Street.

Jazmin M. Donovan, 27, of Boscawen, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on March 5 on a warrant after an investigation or incident at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St.
Aaron Jacob Farides-Mitchell, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on March 4 on a driving under the influence charge and a lane control violation. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Clinton Street.
Jasmine Yvette Curtis, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on March 4 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, and domestic violence-false imprisonment. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.
Sean Cooney, born in 1988, of Hillsboro, received a summons at 11:21 a.m. on March 4 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. He was charged after an investigation or incident at Irving at 114 Fisherville Road.
Joan Beverly Veroneau, born in 1958, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on March 4 on felony possession of a controlled drug and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident on Loudon Road.
Charlize Roseberry, 21, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 8 a.m. on March 4 after an investigation or incident on Sheep Davis Road.
Matthew Sellers, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. on March 3 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two convictions, and a willful concealment charge, a felony due to two convictions. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road. Sellers was arrested again at 7:59 a.m. on March 5 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Village Street in Penacook. Sellers, according to superior court records, has active theft charges in Merrimack County Superior Court, after an incident in Canterbury in October 2024, and two theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court North after February incidents in Bedford.
