On Thursday afternoon, police received tips that Rollins was seen eating at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Fisherville Road at just before 7 p.m. The tipster kept tabs on the vehicle she was in and reported that she and others had left and were at the Irving gas station nearby. Police caught up with Rollins later and arrested her. She’s currently being held at the Merrimack County Jail pending arraignment.
According to White, the Concord Regional Crimeline received an anonymous tip that Carr was in Loudon. At around 1 a.m. this morning, Loudon, Pittsfield, and Canterbury Police Departments along with troopers from the New Hampshire State Police converged on a home on Wales Bridge Road where Carr was found sleeping and arrested him. He is currently being held without bail.
In a statement, U.S. Marshal David Cargill said, “The law enforcement community is always grateful to have the support of the public. Arrests like these happen quickly because of the public’s assistance and the numerous high quality tips that they provide, for this, we say a resounding, thank you!”
Both Carr and Rollins have extensive criminal histories, according to police and court documents, including drug arrests, assaults, theft, violation of protective orders, criminal mischief, and many other charges.
