Weare School Board Member Faces Trespass, Disorderly Charges: Log
Plus: Warner man arrested on multiple assault charges; Pembroke man with priors facings new drug charge; Concord man charged with DUI.

CONCORD, NH — Robert J. Willey, born 1986, of Warner was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2020, on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, three simple assault, and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at 1 Granite Place.
Rochelle Renee Kelley, born 1988, of Weare was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 5 on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges. She was charged after an incident at Rollins Park on Broadway in April dealing with playground equipment that had been banned from use during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Carl David Soderberg, 52, of North Main Street Concord was arrested at 6:07 p.m. on Sept. 3 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

James Castrogiovanni, born 1980, of Island Pond, Vermont, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Timothy L. Gobeil, 58, of Pembroke was arrested at 10:16 p.m. on Aug. 31 on violation of a protective order, stalking-domestic violence, and felony possession of a controlled drug charges after an incident at 417 S. Main St. He was arraigned Sept. 1 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court for a dispositional conference on Dec. 3.

Christopher S. Harrison, born 1957, of Concord was given a summons at 8:44 a.m. on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and public urination or defecation charges after an incident in Downtown Concord.
Jacob C. Cuthbert, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on Aug. 30 on a driving under the influence charge at 5 S. Main St.
Osbaldo Lopez-Andres, 24, of Willimantic, Connecticut, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 29 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence charges after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. He was arraigned Aug. 31 and held on preventive detention. He's due back in court for a dispositional conference Dec. 2.
Cody Reeves Stanford, 25, of Pembroke was arrested on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge at 6:34 p.m. on Aug. 27 after an incident on Spruce Street. He is due in superior court for arraignment Oct. 11. Previously, according to court documents, Stanford was found guilty on drug charges in October 2017 out of Concord and was found guilty of a probation violation in August 2019.
Daniel Anthony Privatera, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 25 on a warrant. He was arrested at the Mennino Place Apartments on Storrs Street. The warrant, according to the superior court, was from February for failure to appear on criminal mischief and interfering with a fire alarm apparatus charges from October 2019. Privatera is due back in superior court for a dispositional conference Nov. 3.
