Concord, Warner Residents Indicted On Phony Money Charges: Court
Bow teen indicted on falsifying evidence after robbery; Hooksett, Northwood men indicted on dealing charges; stolen property indictments.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Devin Miles, 19, of Stonegate Lane in Salem, on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge from Dec. 25, 2018, in Bow.
Jalen Murchison, pictured lower middle, 23, of Blodget Street in Manchester, on four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges from Aug. 23, and Aug. 24, 2019, in Concord.

Thadius B. Nye, 34, of West High Street in Franklin, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He's accused of receiving a speaker on Sept. 20, 2019, that he knew had been stolen from Family Dollar in Franklin.
Katrina M. O'Donnell, 30, of Gilford Avenue in Laconia, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She is accused of receiving or retaining a 2020 Toyota Corolla on Aug. 31, 2019, in Franklin, that she knew had been stolen.

Andre Parent, 28, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett, on accomplice-possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, accomplice-possession of cocaine, and accomplice-possession of clonazepam charges, all felonies. He's accused of selling and possessing drugs while working in concert with Carolann Steeves on May 11, 2019, in Hooksett, according to the indictment.
Jameson S. Parker, 35, of Washington Court in Concord, on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He's accused of failing to register with the Concord police on Oct. 1, 2019. Parker was convicted of lewd and lascivious conduct in Rutland County District Court in Vermont in March 2013.
Melissa Peaslee, upper right, 29, of Andover, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of heroin-fentanyl charge on Prospect Street in Franklin on Oct. 11, 2019. Previously, she was convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2019.
Kyle Perkins, lower left, 27, of Hammond Street in Concord, on a felony forgery charge. He's accused of passing counterfeit currency in Concord on July 18, 2019.
Andrew Petrin, 38, of Ash Street in Northwood, on a felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charge. He's accused of selling marijuana on Allenstown Road in Allenstown on Sept. 16, 2019.
Christal L. Porter, 35, of Kearsarge Mountain Road in Warner, on a felony forgery charge. She's accused of passing counterfeit currency at the Salt Hill Pub in Newbury on Sept. 30, 2019.
Daniel A. Privatera, 32, of Storrs Street in Concord, on an unlawful interference with fire alarm apparatus charge, a felony. He's accused of tampering with a device at Mennino Place Apartments in Concord on Oct. 21, 2019.
Brandon Prue, lower right, 37, of Main Street in Chichester, on a felony theft by deception charge. He's accused of stealing items from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Nov. 7, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he's been convicted twice before on a theft charge.
