Flying Toiletries, Coffee, and Choking Assault Lead to Charges: Log
Concord Police: Northfield man arrested for DWI after allegedly fleeing crash at the mall; cops bust underage booze party on Rumford Street.

CONCORD, NH - Dale S. Churchill, 54, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 25, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to the Morning Star Apartment Complex on Loudon Road for a disturbance at around 8:30 p.m. after previously being called to the same apartment three hours earlier, with Churchill reportedly agreeing to leave, according to a court affidavit. One of the roommates alleged that there was a knock on the door but a hand was covering the peephole. She opened the door and it was allegedly Churchill, her ex-, asking for rolling papers and tobacco, according to the report. She gave him some items and he left, she alleged. Moments later though, he allegedly returned and knocked on the door. “She told him to go away and pushed the door shut,” the report alleged. “(The woman) stated that Churchill then forcefully pushed the door open and struck her torso with it.” Churchill allegedly “got in her face” and was yelling at her so she called 911. He allegedly then left. A witness in the apartment at the time backed up her story. Police went to another apartment in the complex and arreste Churchill. During processing, he allegedly had “mood swings from calm and happy to angry and yelling.” He was held without bail.

Charlene M. Mallory, 37, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested on Feb. 24, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to an apartment on Village Street at around 10:15 p.m. for a man reporting that his girlfriend was reportedly intoxicated and had pushed him. The disturbance started, he alleged, when she turned up music too loud and wouldn’t turn it down. So, he turned the music down, and “Mallory aggressively approached him and pushed him in the torso with her hands,” according to the report. The reporting officer went to speak to Mallory who allegedly had “slurred speech” and “bantered often” about being a pastor and turning her life around, according to the report. She reportedly denied pushing the man. The officer spoke to another witness in the home who allegedly seeing Mallory pushed the man and she was arrested. She was arraigned on Feb. 25.

Richard R. Glover, 45, of Sanborn Road in Sanborton, was arrested on Feb. 23, 2016, for criminal mischief and two counts of criminal threatening from an alleged incident on Dec. 10, 2015, on Village Street in Penacook. He was arraigned on Feb. 24.

Edward B. MacKenzie, 43, of Hanson Street in Rochester, was arrested on Feb. 22, 2016, for violation of a protective order. Officers and a sergeant were sent to Garvins Falls Road for a civil standby. During the process of the civil standby, the sergeant learned that MacKenzie allegedly violated a protective order by texting a woman. An officer checked with the woman, and she reportedly show her 12 text messages on her phone, allegedly from MacKenzie, beginning three hours before. The officers spoke with MacKenzie, and he allegedly admitted to sending the text messages. He reportedly stated that in the bail paperwork, when it said, “including but not limited to,” he thought it meant he was OK to text her, according to a court affidavit. Police correct him, he was arrested, and held without bail.
Michelle L. Milbury, 27, of Airport Road in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 20, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for a headlight out. When stopped and asked for her license, Milbury reportedly told the officer, “I’m sorry, I don’t drive much, my licensed is suspended.” A check reported a conviction in November 2011 for operating after suspension out of Concord District Court. She’s due in court on March 28.
Joseph F. Lara Sr., 39, of Park Street in Northfield, was arrested on Feb. 19, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. Officers were sent to the parking lot at Applebee’s on Loudon Road to assist a detective who had stopped a Dodge after a possible hit-and-run DWI incident in the parking lot of the Ninety-Nine Restaurant. Employees at another store called in the report and alleged that the Dodge struck a Jeep, pushed it up onto a sidewalk, and then left the area, according to a report. The driver – Lara – was allegedly “highly intoxicated,” according to the detective, but refused to take a field sobriety test. The officers alleged that he was “swaying side to side” while he spoke and was slurring his speech, according to the report. Lara was arrested and during booking, he allegedly yelled numerous obscenities at the officers and punched the cell door numerous times.
Jasmine C. Bourdeau, 37, of Bee Hole Road in Loudon, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2016, for bail jumping. She was served in the Merrimack County House of Corrections and arraigned the next day.
Kelly Martin, 32, of Pitman Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2016, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, from alleged incidents at The Paper Store on Fort Eddy Road on Feb. 4, 2016. Martin is due in court on April 4.
Joshua Vallee, 19, of Pound Road in Wilmot, received a summons on Feb. 13, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Officers were sent to Rumford Street for a report of a possible underage drinking party. Officers arrived at the home, reportedly to an opened door, and spoke to a 16-year-old girl who found another teen who lived at the house. Officers found numerous bottles of liquor in the kitchen of the home. More than 13 teenagers, between 15 and 19, were at the home, according to police. Vallee was served with a summons and had a court date on March 21.
Paul Descoteaux, 35, of McKinley Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions from an alleged incident on Jan. 19, 2016, on North Main Street. He was served at the Rockingham County Jail where he was being held on $10,000 cash bail for stalking. He was arraigned on March 21.
Zachary A. Centra, 25, of Penacook Street in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to an apartment on Old Suncook Road for a disturbance. A woman stated that she had been dating Centra, who was homeless, but he was staying at her apartment the past month. She told him that she wanted to break it off and he allegedly grabbed her and called her a “b----.” As the two began to argue, Centra allegedly threw a plastic bin with containing toiletries at her and she returned fire with a cup of coffee that struck him in the chest, according to the report. She demanded that he leave but instead, Centra allegedly grabbed by the neck and choked her. She then reportedly punched him and he allegedly grabbed her neck again and threw her across the room, according to police. Witnesses in the apartment confirmed the yelling, fighting, and physicality of the incident, according to the report. After speaking to Centra, police arrested him.
