Derry, North Andover Men Arrested On Marital Non-Support Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Brett T. Kenney, 37, of Equestrian Drive in North Andover, MA, was arrested on Oct. 19, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for marital non-support.

Krystal L. Silva, 36, of South Bowdoin Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge and a bench warrant out of Salem District Court for DUI.

Eycen Candelario, 20, of Aldel Court in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of a controlled drug. Richard J. Ouellette, 53, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 16, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Juan A. Oroczo, 26, of Walker Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of heroin.

Crystal R. Waugh, 36, of Kimball Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Oct. 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of receiving stolen property.
