Nashua Felon Indicted On Gun Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Ryan Sinclair, 30, of East Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Nashua on May 29. He was previously convicted in Hillsborough County in November 2018.

Adrian Smith, 33, of Charles Street in Providence, Rhode Island, on a possession of fentanyl charge on May 23.

Dana Tassie, 34, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on two felony convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing a PSA Dagger Compact 9 mm on April 21 in Nashua and possessing a Ruger 10/22 .22 caliber LR on April 23 in Nashua after previously being convicted on a drug dealing charge in Hillsborough County in June 2020.

Chase Tetrault, 31, of Route 3 in Lincoln on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Pelham on May 19.

Devin Theriault, 26, of May Street in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Theriault was accused of stealing a scuba regulator and an MSI gaming laptop from another person in Nashua on May 20, 2021.

Dawn Torres, 37, of Lake Street in Nashua on a felony possession of a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 31 in Nashua.

Aliquan Umstead, 36, of Roxbury Place in Keene on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, suboxone and cocaine, charges. He was accused of possessing the drugs with intent to distribute in Merrimack on Feb. 16.

Britany Vankeuren, 32, of Lock Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 14 in Hudson.

Paul Wheeler, 41, of Lovewell Street in Hudson on three felony possession of a controlled drug, crack cocaine, dexmethylephenidate, clonazepam, and fentanyl, charges on May 17, in Merrimack.

Michael Wells, 56, incarcerated at the time of the indictment in MCI-Cedar Junction in South Walpole, MA, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using force during a theft by uttering a note to another person saying, “I have a gun, no dye bags, no tracking quickly, no alarm,” in Nashua on Aug. 25, 2021. Angel West, 34, of Ambassador Drive in Westborough, MA, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Water Street in Nashua on May 24 after previously being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
