NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Hope R. Cassin, 35, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving a 2006 Cadillac DTS on Main Street in Nashua on Dec. 15, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender in October 2022 by the NH DMV.
Tyler Coco, 32, of Beech Hill Avenue in Manchester on three felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing photos on Dec. 4, 2025, in Merrimack.
Connor Cook, 19, of North Pepperell Road in Hollis, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person in the face, causing a skull fracture, on Nov. 27, 2025, in Nashua. Kyle Coutu, 30, of Turnpike Road in New Ipswich, on two felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 25 in New Ipswich.
Paige Goulet, 30, of Ledge Street in Nashua, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. She was accused of texting another person: “Cops are gonna talk to you. Do not say you were at my house. Say you don’t want to give them that information” or words to that effect on Nov. 3, 2025, in Nashua. Timothy Gregson, 54, of Hill Street in Hillsboro, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Runnels Bridge Road in Hollis on Nov. 15, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in October 2025.

Alan Grogg, 45, of Burke Street in Nashua, on a conspiracy to possess a controlled drug with intent to distribute-five or more ounces of methamphetamine on Jan. 6 in Nashua.
Christopher Hayes, 43, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and fentanyl on May 8, Sept. 3, and Nov. 18, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in June 2018 in Hills South.
Chad Hirtle Jr., 29, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on four felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise at Lowe’s in Nashua between Dec. 19, 2024, and March 26, 2025; stealing more than $1,001 worth of merchandise from Guitar Center on Jan. 24, 2025, in Nashua; stole items from Barnes and Noble, Tobacco Barn, and Lowe’s during a 72-hour period between Feb. 14, 2025, and Feb. 16; and stealing more than $1,001 worth of merchandise at Best Buy in Nashua on Feb. 20, 2025.
William Perez Infante, 66, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a knife at another person during an argument on Jan. 17 in Nashua.
Christopher Jones, 31, of Pearl Street in Claremont, on two felony counts of criminal threatening. He was accused of removing a handgun from a bag, racking it, and pointing it at another person on Aug. 19, 2025, in Hudson.
