Penacook Man Arrested On Assault, Threat Charges: Concord Cop Log
Plus: Loudon woman faces willful concealment charge; Concord habitual offender arrested again; and Massachusetts woman arrested on warrant.
CONCORD, NH — Justin McDougall, born 1982, of Penacook was arrested at 11:31 a.m. on Jan. 6 on simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road.
Jesse R. Tripp, 29, of Concord received a summons at 10:53 p.m. on Jan. 5 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at the Concord Hospital Walk-in Clinic on Commercial Street. Tripp has active drug and other cases in both Belknap and Merrimack county superior courts.
Brenden Knowles, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 7 p.m. on Jan. 5 on a warrant after an incident on Second Street.

Jennifer L. Lane, born 1983, of Loudon was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on Jan. 5 on a willful concealment charge. She was arrested after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive.

Christopher J. Stafford, 48, of Concord was arrested at 8:01 p.m. on Jan. 5 on felony operating after being certified a habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and breach of bail charges. He was arrested at Royal Gardens. Stafford is due in superior court for arraignment on Jan. 28.
Kyle B. Joyce, 35, of Concord was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on Jan. 5 on a warrant. He was arrested on Hutchins Street.
Justin P. Moro, 36, of Concord was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on Jan. 4 on a bench warrant after an incident on South State Street.
Robert K. Ross, born 1982, of Concord received a summons at 4:48 p.m. on Jan. 4 on a suspension of vehicle registration charge after an incident on Water Street.
Melody J. Bagley, 20, of Bradford received a summons at 3:04 p.m. on Jan. 4 on an abandoning a vehicle charge near Sanel Field on Old Suncook Road.
Hope Rosemarie Cassin, born 1991, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, received a summons on a bench warrant on Storrs Street at 10 a.m. on Jan. 4.
