NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Andrew Flaherty, 36, of Brewery Road in Walpole, on a felony count of robbery. He was accused of using force to steal candy and soda from the Sunnyside Stop gas station at West Hollis Road in Nashua on Aug. 3, 2025.
Austin Fredette, 27, of Maple Street in Wilton, on three felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl between July 25, 2013, and Oct. 30, 2014, in Wilton.
Brittney Fronk, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and cocaine, on June 15, 2023, in Nashua.
Kevin Gidge, 48, of Cheyenne Drive in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on Nov. 30, 2025, in Nashua.
Amber Girouard, 40, of Knightsbridge Drive in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on Sept. 1, 2025, in Nashua.
Lisa Godfrey, 60, of Timber Ridge Drive in Milford, on a felony count of domestic violence. She was accused of holding a knife and threatening a family or household member, stating words to the effect of, “I’m going to stab you,” on March 29.

Daniel Pereira-Vianna, 27, of Snell Place in Brockton, Massachusetts, on felonious sexual assault, aggravated felonious sexual assault, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and two indecent exposure and lewdness charges, all felonies. He was accused of exposing himself to a girl and raping her on July 13, 2025, in Nashua. Pereira-Vianna was also accused of attempting to rape a second girl and exposing himself to her on Aug. 20, 2025, in Nashua. Bobby Perez, 46, of Sunrise Terrace in Millersville, Pennsylvania, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of a pattern of raping a girl under 16 between Jan. 1, 2000, and August 2003, in Nashua.
Jeiner Lopera Rendon, 29, of Whitney Street in Nashua, on endangering the welfare of a child, indecent exposure and lewdness, and eight counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl between June 1, 2023, and Oct. 19, 2025, in Nashua. Rendon was also accused of exposing himself to a child on Oct. 19, 2025, in Nashua.
Sean Sauder, 40, of Bush Hill Road in Hudson, on distribution of child sexual abuse images, manufacturing of child sexual abuse images, and 11 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of possessing .jpgs and .mp4s on June 10, 2025, in Hudson. Sauder, on June 4, 2025, in Hudson, created a child sexual abuse image and transferred or possessed it with the intent to transfer the image, according to an indictment.
Shawn Scholefield, 44, of Broad Street in Nashua, on five theft by unauthorized taking and six forgery charges, all felonies. Several times in April 2022, he was accused of defrauding Anaya Construction Corporation in Nashua, as well as another person, for more than $21,000.
Jason E. Soto, 45, of Temple Street in Nashua, on felon in possession-metallic knuckles and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on Sept. 2, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Soto was convicted on a drug sale charge in January 2023 in Hills South.
Jeffrey Sparks, 37, of no fixed address in Newmarket, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing two Dyson vacuum cleaners from Target on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Oct. 15, 2025.
Jack Stent, 29, of Kipling Road in Brattleboro, Vermont, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Sept. 26, 2025, in Hudson.
