Hudson Man Indicted On Violation Of Privacy, Child Sexual Abuse Images: Hillsborough County Indictments
Plus: Lowell woman indicted on knife threat charges; Nashua drug dealer indicted on a new sale charge; thief indicted on new theft charges.
NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Timothy O’Mara, 60, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on a felony count of identity fraud. He was accused of posing as a family member to defraud Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua to obtain services and medical treatment on July 7, 2025.
Tyler Paolini, 32, of Inwood Road in Trumbull, Connecticut, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He acted in concert with Antwaun Roach-Baptiste to steal more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Home Depot in Nashua, according to the indictment.

Wilson Pellot Sosa, 38, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Feb. 18. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in Hills North in December 2025 and Nashua District Court in August 2025.
Jose D. Perez-Atanacio, 67, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine on Oct. 6, 2025, in Nashua.

Michael W. Pucillo, 53, of Derry Street in Hudson, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine-sale. He was accused of selling less than 1 ounce of meth to a cooperating individual working with the Hudson police, near a school, on Jan. 2, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Pucillo was convicted on a controlled premises charge in Hills North in October 2022.

Jeffrey Ritze, 43, of Intervale Court in Hudson, on violation of privacy and six charges of distribution of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of installing a recording device in a private place in Hudson on Oct. 16, 2025. Ritze possessed files that he intended to share or transfer of a girl on Oct. 16, 2025, in Hudson, according to the indictments.
Vanessa Roig Tomolonis, 34, of Derry Road in Hudson, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on May 14, 2025, in Nashua.
Lauren Sills, 38, of Dalton Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on criminal threatening and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. She pressed the blade of a knife against the neck of another woman in Pelham on Jan. 8, and said, “Better watch out who the f--- you beep at,” according to the indictments.
Jason E. Soto, 45, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl. He was accused of selling more than 1 gram but less than 5 grams of the drug to a cooperating individual with the Nashua police on May 12, 2025. Soto, according to the indictment, was previously convicted on a drug sale charge in Hills South in January 2023.
