Concord Man Faces 5 Credit Card Fraud, 6 Receiving Stolen Property Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Sarah M. Fortin, 28, of Dunbarton was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2022, on a bench warrant and three warrants after an incident on South Street. She failed to appear at a dispositional conference in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 30 connected to multiple drug charges in Concord and Loudon from January and February.

Krispen Dhungana, born 2003, of Manchester was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Sept. 12 on transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.

Daniel Yuriy Gaponov, 20, of Concord was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on Sept. 11 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, unlawful possession-intoxication, and public urination or defection charges after an incident in the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Natasha Lynn Guyotte, 39, of Concord was arrested at 11:48 a.m. on Sept. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge and a warrant after an incident at Jo Ann Fabrics on Storrs Street. She failed to appear at a dispositional conference in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 15 on felony theft charge out of Franklin from December 2021. Guyotte also has an active drug possession-subsequent case out of Laconia from June.

Isaac S. Gladey, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 10 a.m. on Sept. 11 on driving under the influence and reckless operation charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation on Fisherville Road.

Holly S. Pickering, 37, of Concord was arrested at 9:48 a.m. on Sept. 11 on a bench warrant after an incident at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.

Stacey M. Young, 38, of Concord was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on Sept. 11 on a warrant after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street.

Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., 20, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 11 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, five credit card fraud, less than $1,000, and six receiving stolen property, less than $1,000, charges after an incident at Staples on Fort Eddy Road.

Myk Taylor Neuner, 35, of Keene was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested at police headquarters.

David T. Swett, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a stalking charge after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Brittany Draper, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on Sept. 10 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident at Rosemary’s Way on Village Street.

Moses Seba, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 9 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a bench warrant after an incident at Concord Gardens.
