Elderly Concord Man Indicted On Insurance Fraud Charge: Court Roundup
Plus: Several people indicted on fentanyl-meth mix possession charges; perps with priors face felony theft charges; other drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Natasha Guyotte, 38, of Court Street in Laconia on a felony theft by unauthorized taking with two prior convictions charge. She was accused by police of stealing items from Hannaford in Franklin on Dec. 21, 2021.
Brandy A. Hager, 42, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges on Dec. 5, 2021, in Concord.

Kevin Harrington, 43, with a last known address of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony possession of controlled-narcotic drug, meth and fentanyl mix, charge in the area of Pitman Street in Concord on Dec. 31, 2021.
Laura Hazelton, 31, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 21, 2021, in Franklin.

Todd Horstkotte, 50, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of stealing a Chevrolet Tahoe from a parking lot on Manchester Street in Concord on Oct. 23, 2021, while out on bail from another incident. Gregory Hurst, 52, of French Pond Road in Henniker on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 10, 2021, in Bow.
Shawn A. Jacques, 39, of McDonald Lane in Groton on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a Franklin Savings Bank check owned by another on Oct. 21, 2021, in Franklin after previously being convicted on theft charges twice before.
Lewis D. Jenna Jr., 41, of Hall Street in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 7, 2021, in Concord.
Devin Kane, 44, of Hobart Hill Road in Hebron on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. On Nov. 15, 2021, Kane was accused of possessing a utility trailer owned by a woman in Danbury; on Dec. 2, 2021, Kane was accused of stealing items from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Concord. At the time of the incident, Kane had previously been convicted on two other theft charges.
Sprio Karathanasis, 74, of Branch Turnpike in Concord on felony insurance fraud charge. On Nov. 24, 2020, he was accused of defrauding Progressive by providing false information about a damaged vehicle on Nov. 22, 2020, before a relative, Anestis Karathanasis, was added to his policy, when the crash occurred on Nov. 18, 2020.
Theresa Kenyon, 57, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine and clonazepam, charges on July 9, 2021, in Pembroke.
