Nashua Man Indicted On Cocaine Sale, Possession Charges: Court Roundup

Pelham man faces computer enticement charge; Jaffrey man indicted in Milford baseball bat attack case; Hudson strangulation indictment.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Sonia Han, 25, of Bellevue Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana. She was accused of intending to sell the drug on May 27, 2024, in Hudson.

Donna Kelly, 50, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge. She was accused of possessing the drug in her bag on July 16, 2024, in Nashua.

Sarah Lafond, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges. She was accused of selling the drug to a cooperating individual on Dec. 19, 2023, and Jan. 18, 2024, in Nashua.

Steven Lawson, 43, of Hunt Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 8, 2024, in Nashua.

Michael Maigatter, 39, of Old Gage Hill Road in Pelham, on a felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charge. He was accused of using Whisper and WhatsApp to solicit a person he believed to be a child of 14 years of age to sexually assault them sometime between Sept. 1 and Dec. 17, 2020, in Nashua.

Eric Mitchell, 40, of Twin Meadow Drive in Hudson, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person by placing his knee on their neck or throat on Aug. 12, 2024, in Hudson.

David Joel Moscat, 28, of Orchard Street in Lawrence, MA, of a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a structure on Stevens Road in Pelham on Nov. 5, 2024.

Ryan Stephen Noel, 36, of Reed Street in Hudson, on reckless conduct, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun in a residential area on Oct. 2, 2024, in Nashua. The stolen property charge involved a Sig Sauer P226 pistol on Oct. 12, 2024, according to the indictment. David Robert Pallan, 37, of Andrews Drive in Jaffrey, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of hitting another person in the leg with a baseball bat, causing localized swelling on Oct. 4, 2024, in Milford.

Christopher Peak, 55, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on four felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman and placing a forearm against her neck or throat on Sept. 1 and Nov. 6, 2024, in Nashua.

Noah James Plante, 21, of Beaver Path in Wareham, MA, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner, specifically, with drifting and spinning maneuvers, in a deadly manner, in Milford on June 15, 2024.

Claudio M. Rodriguez, 44, of Pine Street in Nashua, on nine felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited. He was accused of distributing cocaine on Feb. 13, Feb. 26, March 13, April 8, May 9, May 13, and May 15, 2024, and possessing cocaine and methamphetamine on May 15, 2024, in Nashua.
