Hudson Man Indicted On Child Rape, Exposure Charges: Court Roundup
Maine man accused of raping girl in Nashua; felon indicted on submachine gun, drug charges; man faces interference with cemetery charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
James Dorris, 48, of Gowing Road in Hudson on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register a temporary domicile or residence with Hudson police on Aug. 21.
Michael Dwyer, 44, of Watts Street in Kittery, Maine, on two felony felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a girl on Feb. 9 and March 3 in Nashua.

Joshua Eddy, 44, of Winnhaven Drive in Hudson on three endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, two indecent exposure and lewdness, and eight aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between June 1, 2021, and May 14 he was accused of raping a girl, pleasured himself in front of her while watching pornography, and fondling her.
Jefferthon Estrada, 39, of Temple Street in Nashua on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, buprenorphine and fentanyl, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, a submachine gun and a shotgun, all felonies, in Nashua on Aug. 14. He is a felon due to a drug possession charge in Massachusetts.

Dainiel Fajardo-Romero, 51, of 1st Avenue in Elizabeth, New Jersey, on a felony theft of services charge. He was accused of renting a U-Haul truck in Nashua and keeping it beyond the scheduled return date on Aug. 25, 2022.
Shane Farnsworth, 36, of Kessler Farm Drive in Nashua on a felony interference with a cemetery or burial ground charge. He was accused of lighting a fire on top of a gravestone in Hudson on Sept. 21.
Michael Farrington, 39, of Temple Street in Nashua on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl. He was accused of selling the drugs on March 1 in Nashua.
Samantha Gervais, 31, of Merrimack Street in Hudson on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving above the speed limit, driving through a red light during heavy traffic, cutting off others, and crossing a double yellow line on March 28 in Hudson.
