Hudson Man Indicted On 15 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Joshua Eddy, 44, of Winnhaven Drive in Hudson on falsifying physical evidence and 15 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of possessing .gifs and .jpegs on Oct. 18 in Hudson and removing information from his cellphone to impede an investigation on May 19 in Hudson.

Keven Elliott, 31, of Friar Tuck Lane in Nashua on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He was accused of using an elderly person’s credit card to obtain more than $1,500 worth of property and services between March 12 and March 21 in Nashua.

Danielle Evans, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 15 in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted in April 2022 in Hillsborough County on an acts prohibited charge.

Alexander Fair, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony counts controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on Aug. 7 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted in November 2008 in Nashua District Court on an acts prohibited charge.

Virgen Fernandez, 38, of Tech Circle in Methuen, Massachusetts, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of acting in concert with Lebbin Abreu of stealing items from Ulta Beauty on May 24, June 2, and June 18 in Nashua, according to the indictment. Twice before, she was convicted on theft charges in Salem District Court in February 2004.

Elmer Florentino, 59, of Graniteville Road in Westford, MA, on four felony counts of burglary. He was accused of burglarizing PPT Trading and Consulting LLC on Haines Street in Nashua on April 17, April 18, April 21, and April 23.

Marissa Garcia, 31, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl. She was accused of dispensing more than a gram of the drug to an agent of the Nashua police on May 9. Previously, Garcia was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County in September 2019.

Mark Garneau, 62, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug, heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine, on Sept. 26 in Nashua.

Michelle Goddard, 45, of Lincoln Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and felon in possession of a deadly weapon, a machete, in Merrimack on July 26. She is a felon due to a drug conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in February 2022.
