Hudson Man Indicted On A Fentanyl Sale-Death Resulting Charge: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup
Milford man faces child sexual abuse images charges; Merrimack man indicted for second-degree assault; Nashua woman faces burglary charge.

NASHUA, NH â A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Jason D. Canfield, 33, of Gates Lane in Hudson, on sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl-death resulting and sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent offense. He was accused of selling fentanyl to Cheryl Brennan on Aug. 25, 2025, in Hudson, causing her death a day later. Canfield was previously convicted on a possession charge in April 2019 in Rockingham County Superior Court, according to an indictment.
Shawn Chapdelaine, 38, of Lincoln Street in Milford, on eight felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .mp4s, mpgs, and .avis on Sept. 3, 2025, in Milford.

Jessica Cothern, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl on Oct. 30, 2024, and May 6, 2025, in Nashua.
Jesse Njuguna, 22, of Gowing Road in Hudson, on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. Njuguna was accused of raping another person on March 30, 2025, in Hudson.

Kayle Potter, 27, of Arch Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony charge of issuing bad checks. She was accused of passing a check to Dynasty Flooring Inc. in Hudson, knowing the check would not be paid by the drawee on Oct. 31, 2025.

Devin Rice, 19, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on six first-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of repeatedly stabbing a family member on Jan. 5, 2026, in Nashua. Samantha Robarge, 35, of Perry Avenue in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Ledge Street in Nashua on Aug. 11, 2025.
Krystal Robie, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony duty to inform charge. They were accused of failing to notify Nashua police of their employment status ended on June 19, 2025, by July 9, 2025, in Nashua. Robie, who was previously known as Christopher Beaulieu, is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault charge of a victim 13 or older and under 16 with an age difference of more than four years in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2011, according to the state of New Hampshire.
Aaron Roy, 40, of High Street in Nashua, on reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a Glock 45 into his bedroom wall and removing the bullet casing and throwing it in the garbage to impair an investigation on March 15, 2025, in Nashua.
Jajuan Scott, 37, of Process Way in Matthews, North Carolina, on theft by unauthorized taking and identity fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of posing as another person and presenting their license to obtain merchandise by using their Citizens Bank card at Fisetteâs Small Engine on Feb. 26, 2025, in Hudson.
Nicholas Shea, 43, of Windsor Drive in Merrimack, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking a woman in the head, causing a concussion, on Jan. 21, 2024, in Hudson.
