Allenstown woman charged with negligent driving; elderly Berlin man faces assault charge; women charged with trespass on Heartwood Lane.

CONCORD, NH — Brittany M. Tubman, 34, of Allenstown, received a summons at 12:15 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2024, on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and negligent driving charges. She was charged after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

John A. Gordon, born 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Nov. 18 on witness tampering, unsworn falsification, simple assault, and two false report charges. Also charged was Donna M. Derkaz, born 1962, of Concord, on witness tampering, unsworn falsification, simple assault, and two false report charges. They were charged after an incident on Abbott Road.

Richard Leo Breault, born 1946, of Berlin, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on Nov. 3 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Andrea N. Waniski, 31, of Penacook, received a summons at 10 a.m. on Nov. 2 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. Also arrested was Ryan Hillsgrove, 46, of Center Barnstead, on a bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St.

Juan Alexander Herrera, 44, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on Oct. 30 on five stalking and five breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Jedaiah C. Pinckney, born 1991, of Concord, received a summons on an operating with an expired license charge at 5:09 p.m. on Oct. 25 on First Street.

Makeeva Gregory Laroche, 22, of Hope Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Oct. 25 on 13 felony charges: two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of attempted second-degree murder, attempted first-degree assault, attempted second-degree assault, attempted robbery with a firearm, conspiracy to commit robbery, felonious use of a firearm, criminal threatening with a firearm, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and falsifying physical evidence. The murder charges were consolidated later into a single count. He was arrested after a shooting in Rollins Park on Oct. 7. Krystal Robert Robie, 35, of Boscawen, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the eastbound Exit 1 offramp on Interstate 393.

Jazmin M. Donovan, 27, of Concord, received a summons at 1:10 a.m. on Oct. 20 on a criminal trespass charge. Also charged was Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, of Concord, also for criminal trespass. They were charged after an incident at Heartwood Lane.

Ailton O. Alexandre, born 1986, of an unknown address out of state, received a summons at 9:17 p.m. on Oct. 18 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation at the Interstate 93 north Exit 13 onramp.
