Concord Man, With Several Priors, Arrested On Assault Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Rwigema Jackson, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 9:17 p.m. on March 4 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Bulambo Dunia, 36, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on March 1 on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Kwik Stop Mobil at 110 Loudon Road.

Lukas Ryan Trantham, born 1996, of Contoocook was arrested at 2:21 p.m. on Feb. 28 on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 62 Manchester St.

Krystal Robert Robie, 34, of an unknown address in Concord, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Feb. 28 on a registration of online identifiers charge at police headquarters. Robie is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault conviction from March 2011 after an incident in Pittsfield in 2008.

Gavin Riley Wilson, born 2002, of Meredith was arrested at 10:51 p.m. on Feb. 24 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Interstate 93 north at the Exit 13 onramp.

Garrett Rogenski, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 24 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Starbucks at 240 Loudon Road.

Vincent S. Cormier, 50, of Concord was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a receiving stolen property charge-less than $1,000 after an incident or investigation at Liberty Utilities at 10 Broken Bridge Road.

Arpan Darjee, born 2005, of Concord was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on Feb. 20 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident at 170 Warren St.

Jessica Lynn Daigle, 38, of Concord received a summons at 10:22 p.m. on Feb. 19 on two warrants after an incident or investigation on North Pembroke Road.

Christine May Thompson, 45, of Pinewood Trail in Concord was arrested at 1:58 p.m. on Feb. 17 on driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and breach of bail charges. An officer patrolling Manchester Street near Crestwood Drive when they saw a 2017 Hyundai without an inspection sticker on the windshield, an affidavit said. The driver, the officer wrote, attempted to turn into Crestwood Drive and then, attempted to back up “in an unsafe manner back onto Crestwood Drive.” The officer stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver, Thompson, who said the vehicle was having mechanical problems and was unable to get it inspected, the report stated. When asked for a license, she said she could not provide one because she was suspended, the affidavit said. A check found her license was revoked due to a driving under the influence conviction in November 2023 and a previous revocation charge in June 2023 in Laconia District Court. Thompson, the officer wrote, was also arrested on drug charges on Feb. 4, and out on bail, requiring her not to commit any crimes before her March 11 arraignment. She was then arrested on three charges.

Karen L. Lesmerises, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on Feb. 17 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Hazel Drive.

Patrick B. Lucier, 36, of Franklin received a summons at 4:46 p.m. on Feb. 14 on a transport drugs in a motor vehicle charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
