Men Indicted On Arson Charges In Merrimack County: Superior Court Roundup

Homeless felon indicted in stolen Amazon van case; Pittsfield man accused of Medicaid fraud; Concord woman accused of retaining stolen ring.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Wilson Pellot-Sosa, 34, of Concord, incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on a felony arson charge. He was accused of starting a fire in the alpha pod of the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on June 30, 2023, in Concord.

Kyle Perkins, 30, of Berry Pond Road in Pittsfield on theft by unauthorized taking and Medicaid fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of submitting claims for non-emergency medical transportation between May 30, 2020, and July 30, 2021, in Concord.

Derrick Poirier, 31, of Blake Hill Road in New Hampton on arson-danger to structure, arson-loss of more than $1,000, and criminal threatening charges. He was accused of putting another person in danger by starting a fire in a Volvo which spread to a Toyota Camry parked nearby in the driveway of a home in Canterbury on June 20, 2022.

Juan Ranero, 29, of Concord, incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at the time of the indictment, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a sharpened metallic object to a string, deemed a deadly weapon, on Oct. 24, 2022, in Concord. Ranero is a felon due to a possession of a controlled drug conviction in Providence, Rhode Island, in December 2015.

Elizabeth M. Rondeau, 28, of Orange Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Sept. 27, 2022, in Bow.

Richard Royea, 31, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on receiving stolen property, reckless conduct, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a 2020 Ford van in Concord on Nov. 13, 2022. Thomas Y. Russell, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 30, 2022, in Concord.

Michael A. Sanville, 36, of Church Street in Hillsboro on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Bacon Road in Henniker on Oct. 31, 2022, after being deemed by the state of NH DMV of being a habitual offender in February 2019.

Tasha C. Sergi, 32, of Fayette Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a ring that belonged to another person on May 5, 2022, in Concord.
