Concord Man Arrested On Threat, Drug, Resisting Charges: Cop Log
Man arrested on stalking, drug, other charges; Penacook woman arrested on assault, imprisonment charges; Pembroke man picked up on warrants.

CONCORD, NH — James K. Beitler, born 1964, of Concord was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on July 7, 2021, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Oscar Boulevard.
Gage Aaron Pepin, 26, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant as well as felony possession of a controlled drug, breach of bail, and stalking-domestic violence charges at 11:10 a.m. on July 4. At around 10:45 p.m. on March 26, an officer was sent to Sorrel Drive for an unwanted guest. A woman requested to have police remove Pepin from her apartment, a report stated. Dispatch confirmed the woman had a protective order against Pepin. By the time the officer arrived, Pepin had left, the report stated. The officer took a statement and returned to headquarters. There, he listened to the 911 call. On the recording, the officer said he heard a man’s voice say, “This is my house, too,” on the recording while the victim was talking with police. There was other information on the recording, the officer wrote, indicating that Pepin was inside the home. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was picked up later. The drug charge stems from an incident at LAD Welding and Fabrication on Fisherville Road.
Wilson Pellot-Sosa, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on July 3 on possession of a controlled drug, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, criminal mischief, domestic violence-criminal threatening, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident on Hall Street.

Sarah Marie Bell, born 1988, of Loudon was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on June 29 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident in the South End.
Michael Edward Linkenviz, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on June 28 on a warrant after an incident at Riverbend on Pleasant Street.

Liam Kelly Burns, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 3:22 p.m. on June 25 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at the McKenna House on South Fruit Street.
Kevin D. Harrington, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 1:42 a.m. on June 25 on a warrant after an incident at 92 Manchester St.
Joshua Alexander Knight, 42, of Fisherville Road was arrested at 4:16 a.m. on June 15 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road.
Cody Richard Merrill, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 4:55 a.m. June 14 on a driving after revocation and suspension-subsequent charge after an incident at 162 Manchester St.
Karina Zamudio, born 1996, of Penacook was arrested at 8:39 p.m. on June 12 on criminal mischief, false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, criminal threatening, and simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Heartwood Lane.
Mark J. Ouellette, born 1986, of Pembroke was arrested at 10 a.m. on April 22 on two bench warrants after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.
James T. Herrick, born 1949, of Concord was arrested at 12:46 p.m. on April 18 on a simple assault charge after an incident at the Equality Health Center on South Main Street.
Patrick Lowell Shiner, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 12:09 a.m. on April 18 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on North Main Street.
