Nashua Man Indicted On Medicaid Fraud Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Concord prisoner accused of assisting with arson incident; Franklin man indicted for reckless conduct in a Mustang; drug, theft indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jerry J. Turner, 35, of Route 106 in Loudon on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and LSD, charges in Concord on Sept. 25, 2022.
Jordan Vachon, 30, of Edwards Street in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of asking for a woman’s phone and then using an app to transfer money from her account to his on July 13, 2022, in Franklin. Twice before, according to the indictment, Vachon was convicted on theft charges.

Katrina M. Warren, 34, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of attempting to steal items from Walmart in Hooksett on Sept. 3, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, Warren was convicted on theft charges.
Richard Wiggill, 32, of Rutland Square in Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin psilocybin charge on July 18, 2022, in Newbury.

Robert Young, 55, of Country Lane in Franklin on a felony possession of meth charge on Oct. 15, 2022, in Franklin.
Ronald Anderson, 46, of Spit Brook Road in Nashua on theft by deception and Medicaid fraud-false claims charges, both felonies. He was accused of requesting nonemergency transportation for healthcare appointments that did not exist in Concord between July 7, 2020, and Feb. 20, 2022.
Benjamin Ayala, 35, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on unlawful interference with fire alarm apparatus and accomplice to arson charges, both felonies. He was accused of aiding Wilson Pellot-Sosa, by handing him an ignited wick, that he carried into a bathroom in the Alpha Pod, to start a fire at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on June 30, 2022, in Concord.
Roy Ballou, 59, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the incident, on acts prohibited-possession of narcotic drug-cocaine and acts prohibited-possession of controlled drug-meth charges, both felonies, on June 23, 2022, in the area of Route 202/9 in Hopkinton.
Joseph Barlow, 57, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with the police for his quarterly registration in Concord on Nov. 23, 2022. Barlow is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in May 2016.
Daemon Barrett, 21, of East Bow Street in Franklin on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a 2015 Ford Mustang at a high rate of speed which caused the car to leave the road and crash on Nov. 8, 2022, in Franklin.
