Litchfield Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Roundup
Plus: Accused Nashua drug dealers indicted; Merrimack man indicted on burglary charge; and man indicted on five strangling counts.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Louis Dorval-Carson, 20, of Pearson Street in Litchfield, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge and two misdemeanor sexual assault charges. He's accused of raping and fondling a girl in Pelham on June 2, 2019.
Travis Dunn, pictured lower left, 30, of Horse Corner Road in Chichester, on criminal liability of sale of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Aug. 27 in Nashua allegedly with Megan Judd. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in March 2011 in Concord District Court.

Cody Duval, 29, of Haines Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent-fentanyl charge on Aug. 28 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Nov. 5, 2018.
Chad Everette, lower middle, 41, of Lake Street in Nashua, on five counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl-acetyl fentanyl and on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, all felonies. The theft incident involved earphones and cigarettes at Speedway in Nashua on June 2. The drug charges stem from incidents in Nashua on June 10, June 13, and June 26. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in March 2016 and on theft charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in May 2011 and receiving stolen property in Nashua District Court in October 2009.

Raeshawn Ferguson, lower right, 36, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing coins from another person on Feb. 11 in Nashua. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Nashua District Court in December 2017.
Edgar Figueroa, upper right, 57, of Temple Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of working in concert with Kimberly Ginewicz to obtain more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Family Dollar between May 1 and July 6 in Nashua.
Bryant Gaines, 30, of Dora Street in Nashua, on five counts of second-degree assault. He's accused of strangling and blocking the mouth of an intimate partner causing her to lose consciousness numerous times between Aug. 1, and Sept. 28, 2017, in Nashua.
Merlin Garcia-Santos, upper middle, 37, of Central Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge on July 2 in Nashua.
Kimberly Ginewicz, right middle, 42, of Amory Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal liability for the conduct of another-theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of acting in concert with Edgar Figueroa to conduct fraudulent transactions in which he obtained more than $1,500 worth of merchandise at Family Dollar without paying for them.
Amanda Grzewski, upper left, 22, of Thayer Court in Nashua, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Sept. 7, 2018, in Nashua.
Brandon Groves, 26, of an unknown address in Merrimack, on a felony burglary charge. He's accused of burglarizing a home in Nashua on Sept. 3 and stealing money.
