Nashua Man Indicted For Threatening To Cut Woman Open, Make Her Eat Her Organs: Court

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Maribi Garcia, 27, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony attempted possession with intent to distribute cocaine. She was accused of accepting 5 ounces of cocaine via a parcel from the U.S. Postal Service on Oct. 3, 2023, in Nashua.

Alexander Grabert, 31, of Spaulding Street in Nashua on three felony counts of insurance fraud. He was accused of defrauding Progressive Insurance on Sept. 21, Sept. 23, and Oct. 13, 2021, in Nashua.

John Hicks, 57, of Garden Drive in Litchfield on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. On Jan. 10, he threatened to burn down the house of a witness if he went to jail because she reported to police he threatened to stab her and take his own life, according to the indictment.

Randy Hildreth, 31, of Whitehouse Road in Rochester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a Cadillac in Nashua on May 4, 2023.

Donovan Jannette-Hicks, 30, of Putnam Hill Road in Wilton on falsifying physical evidence, tampering with witnesses and informants, three first-degree assault, two stalking, and five second-degree assault charges, all felonies. According to the indictment, he strangled an intimate partner, used blunt force to fracture a right orbital bone, punched her in the face, and then destroyed text messages to impair an investigation between Dec. 21, 2021, and Jan. 2022, all in Greenfield. Jannette-Hicks was previously convicted of stalking in November 2018 in Milford District Court.

Don Little, 40, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Target in Nashua between July 15 and Aug. 20, 2023.

Paulo Meneses, 43, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of threatening to cut a woman open with a knife and make her eat her organs on Feb. 1 in Nashua.

Melanie Michael, 44, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from JCPenny in Nashua on Dec. 11, 2023, after being convicted on theft charges twice before.

Ricardo Morales, 37, of Earley Street in Nashua on a felony possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute charge. He was accused of possessing 9.4 grams of crack cocaine on April 25, 2023, in Nashua.
