Boscawen Man Indicted On Concord Threat, Mischief Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Bradford man indicted on more sexual assault charges; Canterbury contractor indicted again; Hampstead teen faces Hooksett riot charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Michael J. Lemire, 47, of Park Street in Boscawen on criminal threatening and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of smashing a window at A Day to Remember in Concord and threatening another person with a 2-foot metal rebar on July 17 in Concord.

Don H. Little, 39, of Rumford Street in Concord on possession of methamphetamine, possession of MDA, possession of LSD, and possession of meth with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs in Concord on Oct. 1, 2022. Little was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in December 2020.

Angel L. Loisel, 36, of Constitution Avenue in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 19 in Franklin.

Alison M. Lombard, 45, of Sanborn Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on June 10 in Concord.

Bonnie L. Messier, 41, of Diana Road in Northfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge in Concord on June 24.

Jayson Miller, 32, of Intervale Road in Canterbury on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of exercising control over $2,900 in Concord on Nov. 18, 2021, by creating a false impression he would complete construction work but did not in a timely fashion.

Gregory A. Murray, 37, of Shaker Road in Concord on possession of buprenorphine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on June 12 in Concord. Read more about this case here: East Concord Home Invasion Suspect Possessed Meth, $31K: Report

Julia Petrillo, 24, of Loudon Road in Concord on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Jan. 3 in Concord.

Jillian E. Polansky-Mercier, 36, of Calef Hill Road in Tilton on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on April 6 in Concord.

Steve P. Newell, 51, of Foster Pond Road in Alexandria on a felony possession of meth charge in Concord on May 23.

Linda M. Pelletier, 18, of Laura Lane in Hampstead on a felony riot charge. She was accused of assembling with two or more people to engage in violent conduct in Hooksett on March 16.

Holly S. Pickering, 38, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two theft by unauthorized taking and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. She was accused of taking items from two vehicles in Concord between June 23 and June 24 and retaining credit and debit cards from two other people on June 24. Twice before, in Concord District Court in March and Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2022, Pickering was convicted on theft charges.

Cody Richard, 38, of Greenhouse Lane in Bradford on aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern, aggravated felonious sexual assault, three felonious sexual assault, and five aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl and having a girl fondle him between December 2021 and January 2022 and sexually assaulting a woman between January 2020 and January 2022 in Bradford.
