Massachusetts Felon Indicted On Attempted Murder Charges: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South recently.

Joseph Fuller, 42, of North 7th Street in Nashua on reckless conduct and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He's accused of threatening another person and lunging at them with a knife on Dec. 10, 2019, in Nashua.

Jeffrey Genet, pictured lower center, 22, of Dunloggin Drive in Merrimack on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent-cocaine and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Oct. 30, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in March 2019.

James Gibson, 29, of Fernwood Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent-fentanyl charge on Nov. 25, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2010.

Breauna Groves, lower right, 22, of Quail Run Drive in Hudson on a felony sale of fentanyl charge on April 23, 2019, in Hudson to an individual working with the Nashua police.

Christopher Guthrie, 32, of Chapel Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a possession of crack cocaine charge on April 1, 2019, in Hudson.

Erik Hirschfeld, upper right, 20, of Wason Road in Hudson on criminal threatening and two riot charges, all felonies. He's accused of threatening residents of Merrimack and causing public alarm while armed with a firearm and posting a video on social media on Nov. 8, 2019, in Merrimack.

Dale Holloway, upper left, 37, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two attempted murder, two counts first-degree assault, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and second-degree assault charges. He's accused of shooting at people inside of a Pelham church on Oct. 12, 2019.

Erik Jorgenson, upper center, 30, of Crown Street in Nashua on five counts of possession of child sexual abuse images on Nov. 14, 2019, in Nashua.

Jason Joyce, 48, of Grace Street in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-MDMA charge on Sept. 19, 2019, in Nashua.

Jayson Juttner, lower left, 35, of Dix Street in Manchester on three felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He's accused of requesting and receiving videos from a teenager between April 30, and May 4, 2019, in Merrimack.

Scott Laganas, 42, of Mount Hope Street in Lowell, MA, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 24, 2019, in Nashua.
