Men Indicted On Hudson Sexual Assault Charges: Court
Plus: Milford man indicted on armed robbery charge; drug indictment in Merrimack; stolen vehicle indictments in Nashua.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Xarrack Frater, 20, of Ridge Road in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, on two felony sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a girl between 13 and 16 on Aug. 9 in Hudson.
Bobby Gagnon, 64, of Bell Street in Nashua on three felony duty to report charges. He was accused of not registering with police in Nashua on March 1, May 31, and Aug. 30. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on duty to report charges in 2012 and 2019 as well as aggravated felonious sexual assault.

Alberto Garcia, 26, of Ferry Street in Hudson on a felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a child between March 1 and April 29 in Hudson.
Matthew Gilliland, 26, of Willow Terrace in Loudon on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Clonazepam charge on June 25 in Merrimack.

Joseph Golon, 24, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a vehicle owned by another person on Aug. 27 in Nashua.
Fredy Guardado, 28, of Dalton Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failure to appear at a plea and sentencing hearing in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in Nashua on Dec. 1, 2017.
Melissa Guyer, 34, of South Porter Street in Manchester on falsifying evidence, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing painting supplies and a motor vehicle and removing a cell phone from the vehicle on Sept. 2 at Pine Motor Parts in Nashua.
Michael Harju, 37, of Snow Street in Fitchburg, MA, on a felony robbery charge on Oct. 12, 2020, in Nashua.
James Hill, 23, of Edgewood Street in Milford on a felony armed robbery charge. He was accused of displaying a handgun during a robbery at the EZ Mart on Sept. 27 in Milford.
Christopher Huntington, 41, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua on two felony registration of online identifiers charges. He was accused of failure to give Nashua police two emails he was using on Oct. 4, 2019, and March 1, 2020, in Nashua.
William James, 37, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson on a felony violation of a protective order; child protection act charge. He was accused of contacting a child on May 27, 2020, in Hudson, after previously being convicted of the same charge in February 2017.
