NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Christine Brady, pictured lower right, 42, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges on Sept. 10, and Sept. 11, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a possession of a controlled drug in Nashua District Court in February 2004.

Ashley Brown, 25, of Burnette Road in Quitman, Georgia, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 27, 2019, in Nashua.

Jason Caetano, lower middle, 34, of Hubbard Pond Road in New Ipswich on an attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charge against a teenage toy store employee on Nov. 23, 2019, in Milford.

Nicholas Cantin, 39, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 19, 2019, in Nashua.

William Case, upper right, 60, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony criminal threatening charges. He's accused of pointing a Daisy air rifle at another person and several police officers on Sept. 19, 2019, in Nashua.

Joseph Catanzano, 28, of Rancourt Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone charge on Oct. 18. 2019, in Merrimack.

Daniel Charlonne, left center, 34, of Nottingham Drive in Nashua on certain uses of computer services prohibited and attempted felonious sexual assault charges. He's accused of using Grindr and WhatsApp to attempt to solicit a person he thought was a boy for sexual activity, between Sept. 17, and Nov. 6, 2019, and then drove to Chunky's in Nashua to meet him on Nov. 6, 2019.

Kris Christian, upper middle, 32, of Sheila Avenue in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and/or the Valley Street Jail in Manchester on three felony stalking charges. He is accused of stalking another person on Nov. 25, and Dec. 1, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Christian was convicted of stalking in Nashua Circuit Court in May 2016.

James Colby, upper left, 36, of Oak Grove Trail of Nashua on two felony criminal mischief charges. He's accused of damaging four tables and two windows on June 19, 2019, in Nashua.

Jesus Cortes-Rodriguez, 26, of Cedar Street in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving a motor vehicle with a juvenile inside at a dangerous speed while being chased by Merrimack police on Oct. 26, 2019.
