Penacook Man Indicted On Attempted Child Rape Charge In Nashua: Superior Court Roundup
Nashua woman indicted on theft charges; teen stalker indicted on another stalking charge; Hudson woman indicted on scissor threat charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Anthony Santiago, 39, of Ledge Street in Nashua on second-degree assault and criminal restraint charges, both felonies. He was accused of grabbing a child by the arm, bruising him, and locking him in a small crawlspace between March 1, 2022, and May 16 in Wilton.
Suzanne Savignano, 38, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of exercising control of between $1,000 and $1,500 of another person’s cash on March 16, 2021, in Nashua.

Marion Smith, 47, of no fixed address in Nashua on two theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Target on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Oct. 22, 2022, and Macy’s on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Dec. 12, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, she had been convicted on theft charges in May 2004 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South and August 2005 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Pablo Soto-Batista, 19, of Salem Street in Nashua on a felony stalking-domestic violence charge. He was accused of stalking an intimate partner on April 9 in Nashua after being convicted on stalking in Nashua District Court in July 2022.

Nicoshia Spence, 29, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson on a felony domestic violence charge. She was accused of holding a pair of scissors and using them to threaten another person in Hudson on April 13.
Jeremy Stinson, 32, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony attempted felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of messaging a person he believed was a child between 13 and 16 to sexually assault them at a predetermined location on May 21, 2019, in Nashua. Jonathan Sturtevant, 33, of Ash Street in Nashua on stalking and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of violating a protective order by calling the protected party on March 17 in Nashua after being convicted in January in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Sturtevant was also accused of trying to get the protected party to contact the prosecutor to drop the charges against him.
Reynaldo Tirado, 29, of Mulberry Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a DeWalt angle grinder from Home Depot on the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges in Nashua District Court in January 2018 and February 2021.
