Lowell Man Indicted On Nashua Child Rape, Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Nashua man indicted on Hudson rape charge; Merrimack man accused of threatening a woman with a hammer; woman faces Pelham forgery charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Michael Loaiza, 34, of Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell, Massachusetts, on indecent exposure and lewdness, felonious sexual assault, and seven aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling and raping a girl in Nashua between Jan. 1, 2014, and Feb. 28, 2018. Loaiza was also accused of grabbing a girl's hand and making her fondle him, and pleasuring himself in front of the child in Nashua between Jan. 1, 2014, and Feb. 28, 2018.

Monique Lopez, 43, of Ledge Street in Nashua on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and cocaine, charges, both felonies, on March 28 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on a controlled drug charge.

Christian Lovely, 25, of with a last known address of Ledge Street in Nashua, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping an intimate partner in Hudson on Oct. 18, 2017.

Jeremy Lurie, 30, of Main Street in Nashua on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges. He was accused of providing a fraudulent check to Granite State Credit Union in Nashua to defraud another of $5,400 on Dec. 28, 2022.

Jose Mendoza Medina, 40, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on March 5 in Nashua.

Anthony Monbleau, 32, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on felon in possession while on bail and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a Zip E Bike valued at $1,400 on Feb. 23 in Nashua and possessing brass knuckles on April 24 in Nashua.

Alexandria Murphy, 32, of an unknown address in Concord, on six counts of forgery, all felonies. Between March 1 and April 2, 2022, in Pelham, she was accused of uttering unauthorized checks and filing a small estate administration form.

James McCabe, 39, of Cathy Street in Merrimack on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of threatening a woman with a hammer on March 19 in Merrimack.

Robert Nicolson, 59, of Central Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of canceling sales 34 times at Target in Nashua between March 27 and April 26, amounting to around $1,230.
