Nashua Woman Indicted On Knife Threat, Baseball Bat Attack Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man indicted on child rape charges; Merrimack man indicted on gun threat charge; Manchester stalker arrested on 4 new stalking charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Shayna McDonald, 29, of Anvil Drive in Nashua, on three felony domestic violence charges. She was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife on March 26, 2024, and cutting the intimate partner and striking them with a baseball bat on March 29, 2024, in Nashua.
Caleb Newton, 29, of Temple Street in Merrimack, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening the passenger in a friend’s car by waving a gun around and yelling the words, to the effect, “What’s up now?” on Nov. 6, 2024, in Merrimack.

Shawn Price, 49, of South Main Street in Nashua, on criminal threatening, felonious use of a firearm, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a Ruger LCP Max 9 mm handgun on Sept. 27, 2024, in Nashua, and pointing it at another person.

Matthew Ryan, 38, of Abbott Farm Lane in Hudson, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl-intent to distribute charges, both felonies, in Hudson on Aug. 28, 2024.
Bryce Scanlon, 26, of Kessler Farm Drive in Nashua, on felonious sexual assault and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a child between Aug. 19, 2023, and Aug. 19, 2024, in Nashua.
Lwaboshi Simwerayi, 27, of Dave Street in Manchester, on four stalking charges. He was accused of violating the protective order of an intimate partner by contacting them repeatedly on Dec. 1, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, he has been convicted of stalking in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Kirk Stutes, 29, of Central Street in Manchester, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl-intent to sell charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of fentanyl on May 13, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted for possession in Grafton County Superior Court in May 2021. Stutes was also accused of accelerating a vehicle on June 23 at two Nashua police officers, attempting to arrest him.
